I want this place. HEART of Lincoln Park. Modern, new construction 3/2. Great looking fixtures…blank enough slate to work with but good details, like floor to ceiling windows and can lighting. I would get rid of those dark cabinets. And probably change the lighting fixtures over the sink. Small adjustments to an otherwise pleasant, clean place. So many listings in Chicago are cramped looking, or overly generic, with very safe choices. This one is only slightly less safe but better than most everything I’ve seen so far.
