The Floridan is a historic hotel in Tampa, currently under renovation. An eyesore for too long – it is finally coming back to full glory. Still on the fringes of the good part of Downtown, it could be a big driver in the expansion of that area. Would be an awesome place to have a store, building off my earlier post about things I’d want to stock. Ahh, dreams! 🙂

I’m super excited about this, any idea of completion date?
Not that I know of – although it’s looking more done every day I pass by it…
